Introduction
Acquisition of a distressed office portfolio from an institutional German institutional investor. Project Maple compromises a total of four office buildings located in the cities of Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Deventer. The three office buildings have a total lettable floor area of approximately 6,536 sqm. All three properties were fully let and producing a total contractual gross income of 88.387 (1 october 2016) per year.
The office building located in Rotterdam has a total lettable floor area of 33,236 sqm and fully vacant. Both interesting opportunities to either re-let as office building or redevelop for alternative use.
A total acquisition of 40.000 sqm.
