Precision Conversion - Inspired by the Cullinan Diamond
Bakkers | Hommen transformed the former office building into 7 luxurious apartments and 2 penthouses, with a commercial strip at street level. The project name references the Cullinan Diamond the largest gem-quality rough diamond ever found reflecting the ambition to deliver something rare and refined within an existing structure.
