Balancing height, density, and livability within a compact urban site was key. The challenge: design a tower that feels elegant and connected, not isolated, while meeting sustainability and comfort targets.

Bakkers | Hommen collaborated with leading architects to shape a crystalline form that reflects light and optimizes interior quality. Modular construction, green roofs, and energy-efficient systems ensure both aesthetic and environmental performance.
