Building Development
Building Up the Future Waterfront
Sea Tower represents a new chapter for Rotterdam’s skyline — an energy-efficient high-rise combining housing, leisure, and urban resilience. The project integrates coastal protection, sustainable mobility, and high-quality design into one unified urban statement. Sea Tower is more than just a residential building—it is a symbol of sustainable urban development. Rising 70 meters high, the tower integrates modern architecture with functional design. The base consists of five robust masonry levels, creating a strong foundation, while the upper floors feature refined prefab concrete with a distinctive relief texture. The stepped balconies add dynamism to the façade, enhancing the building’s verticality. At the top, a communal rooftop terrace and a steel pergola crown the tower, offering residents breathtaking views of the city.
